Impact Youth Center

FCFC

 

The Seneca County Family & Children First Council (FCFC). The Seneca Mentoring Youth Links (SMYL) program provides IMPACT Afterschool Program for middle and high school students Monday through Thursday afternoons.

 

Additionally, the Seneca Friendship Club (SFC) meets every Thursday evening. This club offers socialization and community events for young adults with social anxiety.

 

During the summer, there is programming available for students and families.

 

Coming this Fall, Master of Me, a teen empowerment group for girls.

FACTOR

FACTOR

 

Families, Addicts, Community, Together for Ongoing Recovery (FACTOR) Recovery Group, Narcotic Anonymous (NA). These groups provide:

●      Education

●      Support

●      Resources

to individuals and families affected by addiction.

FACTOR hosts a monthly event for kids ages 4yrs to 5th grade affected by addiction. You never have to be alone concerning addiction.

OAK HOUSE

 

Oak House of Seneca, Ottawa, Sandusky, and Wyandot Counties. The group provides a drop-in center on the first Wednesday of each month. Individuals dealing with depression and anxiety can share lunch, play cards and games, socialize, and feel comfortable in their surroundings.

National Alliance on Mental Illness

NAMI

 

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Seneca, Ottawa, Sandusky, and Wyandot Counties. NAMI provides peer and family support group sessions followed by lunch with NAMI on the first and third Fridays of each month for individuals who may be isolated or dealing with mental health issues and a safe place for discussions in a group setting.

The NOAH Foundation "The Gathering Place"

 

The NOAH (No One Alone or Hungry) Foundation of Ohio hosts an event on the 3rd Friday of every month. It is a Community Dinner called The Gathering Place for community members to share a meal and make new friends.
